6 large Russet potatoes
1 onion
4 stalks of celery
6 hard boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
chopped dill pickles (start with half a cup)
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until medium soft
remove skin and chop into quarter inch chunks
chop onion, celery and pickles
chop eggs
In a large mixing bowl, add potatoes, salt and pepper
then add mayonnaise, chopped veggies, and eggs
sprinkle in some paprika - about 1 tsp.
mix thoroughly
sprinkle the entire top with paprika
refrigerate until cold

I just guessed on the measurements, as I have watched Mom make this forever, and have made it so many times myself I just add things until it tastes right.
This was a staple in our household menu lineup!
