2lbs Sausage (pork and venison preferred)
2lbs Fresh Shrimp 10-15 count
Peppers
Onion
Cajun Seasoning
BBQ Sauce
tortillas (optional)
Avocados (optional)

Prep:
-Cut up the sausage into thin sliced circles
-Cut up peppers and onions into long strands
-Peel shrimp and take tails off
-Mix shrimp in a bowl with oil and seasonings of your choice. I usually use a garlic powder/salt and Cajun seasoning

Grill:
-Get a grill plate/bowl with holes in it and turn the grill on/light the charcoal
-Cook the sausage, peppers and onions first until sausage slightly blackened (10 minutes)
- Throw shrimp into grill plate and mix around, let it get on the open flame (3-5 minutes; until shrimp is cooked through)

Post grill prep:
-Pour everything from the grill plate into a serving bowl and mix in BBQ sauce.
- You may serve it as an appetizer with forks or tooth picks or serve with tortillas, cut up avocados and sour cream as tacos
