1/2 stick of butter
2 tablespoon flour
2 cups milk
1 package Velveeta, cubed
2 pounds elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a double boiler.
Add flour to melted butter and make a tie.
Add milk slowly. The milk should get warm but not boil.
Once the milk is hot, add Velveeta.
Mix cheese until melted. Add additional milk if the consistency is too thick.

Boil noodles and drain. Mix noodles and cheese sauce.
