"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Grandma V used to make this a lot in the 1980s. I remember hearing the Bellflower ladies talking about Beau Monte seasoning. No one had heard of it. The only place they could buy it was in Columbia. So, whenever someone would go there, she would pick some up for the rest of the ladies.. It is very good.
