1/4 pound sliced Deli corned beef, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Your favorite crackers

In microwave-safe medium bowl, stir all ingredients except for crackers until well combined. Heat in microwave oven on high for 2 minutes, or until dip bubbles, stirring every 30 seconds. Serve warm with crackers.
