1 instant pudding
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
4 large eggs

1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Mix ingredients for cake. Pour into two well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 359 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Mix glaze until smooth.

While cake is still hot, poke a lot of holes in top with wooden spoon handle (or regular spoon). Let cool some, then pour glaze over cakes. When cold, remove from pans.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This can be used with any mix. My very favorite is lemon with dried cranberries and spice cake with raisins. Try different things to find what you like.
