calves' liver
onions
flour
salt and pepper
bacon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in bacon grease until tender and remove from skillet. Rinse liver in cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Dredge liver in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Sear liver on both sides then cook until as well done as desired. Add onions several minutes before liver is done.

Crumble bacon and serve on top.
