1 c corn meal
1 tsp salt
1 small onion
1 egg
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put onion and salt in meal and add a little boiling water. Beat egg and baking powder together and stir in the meal. Drop by teaspoons into deep hot fat and fry until lightly browned. I use the deep fryer.
