Ingredients:  
1 whole chicken
enough water to cover chicken in a large pot
package of wide egg noodles
bisquick baking mix
2 cups bisquick
2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in large pot until chicken is falling off the bone (set aside to cool)

Using the liquid from the chicken, pour in package of egg noodles and cook until almost done.

Break up small pieces of chicken, removing all bones, and put back in pot with noodles.

Dumplings:
Mix in bowl, 2 cups bisquick, 2/3 cups milk and drop by spoonfuls into boiling pot of chicken and noodles. Cover with lid. Dumplings will fluff up. You can test for doneness by breaking up a dumpling to see if it is cooked thru.
