1 store bought angel food cake
1 pint whipping cream
about 1/2 pound crushed peanut brittle

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream and hand mixer until thickened (can use small amount of sugar while whipping). Then add crushed peanut brittle and frost cake.

You can substitute peppermint crushed up.
