chicken breasts with skin on
several slices of bread
zucchini shredded
jack cheese shredded
1 egg
milk
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, add cut up pieces of bread and mix with milk to moisten. Add cheese and zucchini. This is your stuffing.

Gently lift up skin on each chicken breast and put the stuffing mixture in each piece of chicken.

Bake in greased baking dish until chicken is done and the skin on top is very brown and almost has a crusty skin.
