1 box of 12 Twinkies
2 boxes instant pudding
1 extra large or 2 small cartons Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Slice Twinkies lengthways. Put cut side up in pan. Spread a little Cool Whip on top. Mix pudding according to directions. Spread on top. Spread Cool Whip over pudding. Can sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.

Quick and easy but oh, so good. Nice to take for carry-ins. You can use any kind of pudding. I like chocolate or vanilla.
