Personal Notes:
Drinkably delicious sauce over tender meat - what's not to love? It's not the most hands-off crockpot recipe ever, but the moderate amount of work certainly pays off. I add in any other vegetables I have on hand with the potatoes. Carrots go particularly well. Serve alongside something green.
