1 c oleo
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 c oatmeal
3 c sifted flour
1 c dark molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredient, add coconut and molasses last. Bake at 350º. Bake until they rise and fall for chewy cookies or longer for crispy cookies.
