1 gal. ripe tomatoes, pealed and chunked
2 cups chopped celery
6 med. onions (chopped)
3 large green peppers (chopped)
1/2 cup salt
4 cups sugar
3 1/2cups vinegar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix veggies with salt and let set for at least an hour.
Combine sugar, vinegar, all-spice and cloves. Boil this mixture for 4 minutes. When cool, pour over veggies. Will keep in refrigerator for quite some time.
