1/2 c. Fresh basil
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Parmesan
6 Tbsp. Mayo
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 French baguette, cut into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices

Directions:

preheat broiler

Arrange bread slices on cookie sheet.
Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl.
Spread approximately 1 Tbsp of mixture on each bread slice.
Broil until light brown. Watch carefully. They can go from brown to burned quickly.
