Personal Notes:
This recipe has been handed from our Grandma Dively (our mother's mother) to our dad. One special weekend visit to me while in SouthBend, I asked Dad to teach me how to make them. He said, "get a pencil, and paper and write this down. You take two eggs, and add theses ingredients...." This was over forty years ago. Any time I have made these noodles, the occasion was a very special one. It is probably one of my favorite things to prepare for my family and guests. Brings back special memories. These noodles are great with whatever noodle dish you want to create. Although I usually end up tripling the recipe, I still prepare them one small batch at a time.
