1 lb hamburger
1 1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 C milk
3/4 C Bisquick mix
Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate or 8x8 square pan. Brown beef, onion, salt and pepper. Spread beef in pie plate, sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 second in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour over hamburger and cheese. Bake in 400ºF oven until golden brown about 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
