2 lbs frozen hash browns ( I use the chunks not shredded)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pint (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a 3 qt. casserole or 9 X 13 Pan. Bake in 350º oven for 45 mina or till bubbly and golden brown. You can sprinkle additional cheese on top before baking if you are a real cheese lover.
