24 oz. Reduced Fat Breakfast Sausage (any flavor you like)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 /14 cup shredded Swiss cheese (you can use other cheeses, but Swiss is best here)
2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
3 cups Bisquick
Dash of All-Spice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º
Saute sausage and onion until cooked through and browned.
Mix all remaining ingredients and stir well.
Bake in greased glass casserole dish (9x13) for 25 minutes.
