2 c elbow macaroni
1 cucumber, chopped
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 bunch green onions, chopped
salad dressing or mayonnaise
tomatoes, diced, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni, drain and cool. Add remainder of in ingredients. Mix together. Just before serving, add dices tomatoes.
