4 C beans
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 C molasases
2 Tbsp oil

1/4 C brown sugar
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. (8 hours)
Throw off first water.
Boil beans 20 mins with baking soda and throw off water.
Add fresh water
Boil again with salt, oil and molasses.
Mix brown sugar, ketchup and mustard and add to beans.
Boil on stove about 20 mins.

Bake covered in preheated oven at 325 for 3-4 hours.
Check water level and add as needed to keep beans covered.
Remove from oven and Keep cover on and let beans cool.
Beans will darken.
When completely cooled, bake again for 1 hour make sure to keep enough water to cover beans
