Para a massa:
1 ovo
100 g de manteiga
5 c. sopa de açúcar
8 c. sopa de farinha

Para o recheio:
150 g de puré de grão-de-bico
2 ovos + 4 gemas
300 g de açúcar
60 g de manteiga derretida
raspa de limão q.b.
icing sugar q.b.

Directions:
Directions:
Formar uma massa misturando a manteiga com o açúcar e o ovo. Ir juntando a farinha necessária até atingir a consistência certa.

Estender a massa na tarteira (22 cm de diâmetro, com fundo falso) e reservar.
Misturar todos os ingredientes do recheio até obter uma mistura homogénea.

Deitar o recheio sobre a massa, polvilhar com bastante icing sugar e levar a cozer durante 30 a 40 min.
