3 tbsp. Flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. Butter
4 oz. Can diced green chillies

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
2.stir flour into butter and whisk for 1 minute over heat.
3.add broth and whisk together. Cook over heat until thick and bubbles up.
4.take off heat and add sour cream and chilies (be careful it's not to hot or the sour cream will curdle)
5. Pour over enchiladas.
