10 oz. wide egg noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. shopped green pepper
21/2 oz. can drained muschrooms
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 t. pepper
1 cab cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 c, diced Velveeta Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with garlic, onions and green pepper. Mix in pepper, soup, and cooked noodles. Place in a 3 qt. baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over top and top with cheese. Bake at 350º. for 30 minutes.
