Ingredients: Gummy Bears (you can get these in the candy section of the grocery store, or you can buy in bulk via Amazon, yes we buy in bulk) Vodka Plastic Container with tight lid and wide mouth (I have a few soup size thermoses that I use, but you can use a small Tervis container, Tupperware or Ziploc containers.) Plastic spoons for serving

Directions:Put gummy bears in your plastic container. Cover gummy bears with vodka. Let chill in fridge or freezer at least a few hours, but overnight is better. The Gummy Bears will absorb the vodka and expand a bit, so leave some growing room in the container. If all the vodka gets absorbed, you can, of course, add more.
I hand out the plastic spoons to each person who wants gummy bears, and serve it out of the container they marinate in.
I like to put mine in the freezer because they are like bite-size popsicles.
I have used Ginger Vodka for these (see recipe) and lemon Vodka. It is all good. Save any extra juices for the reward for the cook. |

Notes: This recipe is entered by popular demand …. Who says Gummy Bears are just for kids?! We started bringing these gems along with us boating on the lake, pool parties and of course, 4th of July parties … now, our friends come over in the summer and go straight to our freezer looking for them! NOTE: These are for adults only.
