Ingredients:
1 c whipping cream
1 c white sugar

Directions:
In a heavy bottomed saucepan, mix the ingredients until the sugar is completely dissolved. Over medium heat slowly bring to a boil, stirring to make sure it doesn't burn-I prefer using a wooden spoon. Lower heat so just simmers. Do Not Stir, just scrape sides as needed. Simmer for 60 minutes until a drop of filling reaches the hard boil stage (drop in cold water a small amount and it should hold its shape but will rub out). Remove from heat and let cool about a 1/2 hour then beat with a spoon until it thickens. Spread over bottom half of cake, add coins, safety pins, buttons as you like and place top half on carefully.

Personal Notes:
Surely all the calories burnt beating this to thickness negates any calories consumed.
