1/2 c. Nuts
3 Apples
1 c. Oil
2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream everything except apples and nuts together. Layer apples and nuts in a buttered 9x13 pan. Pour mixture over apples and nuts. Bake at 350º oven for 25-35 min. or until brown. Done when toothpick placed in center comes out clean.
