2/3 c. Shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
6-8 tbsp. cold water

Cut shortening into flour and salt, add water tbsp. at a time until mixed.
roll out to 2 single crusts and bake until light brown. Can use this recipe for pies or berry cobbler.
