1 Qt. Fresh Berries( set aside 1 cup)
2 Single Pie Crusts-Baked until light brown, then break into small pieces.
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Cornstarch or flour

Directions:
Directions:
Take 1 cup of Fresh berries in sauce pan and add enough water to cover berries about 1". Add sugar and cook until bubbly then 3 min. longer. Take 6 tbsp. of cool water and add cornstarch until smooth. Add to berry mixture and bring back just until boiling. Alternate fresh berries with layer of broken crust pieces and cooked berries.
