3lbs of Hamburger meat
1 cup diced onions
3 pkgs of taco seasoning
1 box (32oz) of velveeta cheese
2 cans- Ro*Tel (Mexican Lime & Cilantro)
2 pkgs of tortilla wraps(burrito size)
1 jar of chunky salsa
Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix Ro*Tel & Velveeta- (Melt)
2) Cook Hamburger meat- then add taco seasoning
3) Mix ½ of Cheese to taco meat & 1 cup of water
4) In glass dish (round or 13x9 cake)
5) spoon some hamburger mixture over bottom of dish
6) cover with tortilla wraps
7) Layer with Meat mixture & Tortillas to top
8) cover top with remaining Velveeta & salsa

Bake at 350° for 30-45 min (until warm all through)
Serve with Taco Toppings
