4 egg yolks
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 tsp dry mustard
dash salt
1-1/2 sticks butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In Blender whirl 4 egg yolks a about 1 minute, add lemon juice, dry mustard and salt. Slowly pour melted butter in a continuous stream into the whirling egg mixture until thickened. Chill to store. Let stand at room temperature to serve. Makes about 1 cup
