1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
2 Ripe Avocados
4 Anchovy Fillets
1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
Minced Garlic To Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Powdered Saffron
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Blend egg and mustard. Gradually add oil, beating constantly. Add Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
Mash avocados and anchovies. Add chives and garlic to avocados, beating to a paste then mix with egg mixture. Combine saffron and mayonnaise adding to the above mixture. Chill at least 2 hours and serve on greens.
