1/2 Cup Sherry
2/3 Cup Soy Sauce
2/3 Tablespoons Sugar
2/3 Tablespoons Salt
2/3 Tablespoon MSG (if deired)

I was able to secure this recipe from a now non-existent restaurant. The name was acquired when good friend Gilbert Kissling asked for the recipe which he used to enter a fajita cooking contest where he was the only gringo. Yes, he won and was crowned King Fajita. No, he was not invited back to defend his title the following year.
