2 c. br. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tb. hot water
1 tsp. soda
a c. ground Brazil nuts
1 tsp. nutmeg
21 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well and add sugar. Mix nuts, spices with eggs & sugar. Ada soda dissolved in hot water. Add flour.
Roll very thin and cut with small cutter. (We use the hole of a doughnut cutter or Christmas cutters of similar size). Bake 350 degrees. Douse in powdered sugar when cooled. Store in a dry place.
