1 can water-packed aritchokes
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan

Directions:

Chopp artichokes and combine all ingredients in mixing bowl Spoon into pie plate and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour, uncovered. Serve with crackers or breadsticks.
