4 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 TB Vanilla extract

Directions:
Melt the butter and chocolate together in microwave. (No more than 50 seconds at a time!)
Whisk in the sugar and half & half until the sugar is almost dissolved. Whisk in the eggs, yolk and extract. Pour into the par-baked pie shell and carefully place in the oven. (I place tart pans on baking sheets) Bake the tarts at 350 about 10-15 minutes and rotate. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. When the tarts are puffed slightly, crusted over and set in the middle remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.
