3 T. butter
3 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash red pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. ripe olives
1 (29oz) can drained hominy
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
