1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 beaten egg
Filling:
1 13 oz. can pumpkin
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
2/3 cup milk (almond milk or alternative)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Topping:
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom: Beat first 3 ingredients with a fork until all cake is absorbed. Reserve 1 cup for topping.
Press batter into bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan.
Filling: Beat remainder with mixer until well blended. Spread over cake dough.
Topping: To reserved cake mix add topping ingredients. Make into crumbs. Sprinkle over pumpkin.
Bake at 350* for 50-55 minutes. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream if desired. Store in refrigerator if keeping longer than 2-3 days.
