5 Beef frankfurters
1/2 c. ketchup or more
Canola Oil spray

Directions:
Slice the frankfurters into coins less than 1/4 inch thick. Saute over a medium high flame in a 10" frying pan that you have sprayed canola oil. Let get golden 3 - 5 minutes. Turn over and let the other side get golden. Drain off fat. Add in 1/2 c. ketchup and stir with a wooden spoon until frankfurters get a glazed look.
Serve with scalloped potatoes and coleslaw.

Five frankfurter's doesn't look like much when cooked this way but it's filling with the scalloped potatoes and coleslaw. Of course, you can cook more frankfurters if you wish. -Mimi Duncan
