1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 stick butter or oleo
1/2 tsp soda
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together 1 cup sugar, 1 stick butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 Tbsp sweet milk. Then add 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp soda. Roll and cut thin wafer type and bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
