Crust:
2 c. Flour
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter, room temperature

Filling:
16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
4 T. Milk
4 T. Sugar
2 eggs
2 t. Vanilla
16 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Topping:
2 c. Flake coconut
2 T. Melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine crust ingredients. Pat mixture into bottom of 9x13 glass or metal pan. Bake 14-17 min until lightly golden brown. Cool slightly.

Mix filling ingredients together and spread over cooled crust. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over pineapple layer. Bake 15-20 min. Should be a light golden brown color when done.
