4 eggs
2 tbsp water
4-6 chicken breasts, skinned and sliced
1 c seasoned breadcrumbs
3/4 c butter
1/2 tsp rosemary (crushed)
12 fresh mushrooms sliced
6-8 thin slices of Munster cheese
3/4 c chicken broth
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 .
Beat eggs with water and soak chicken pieces in egg mixture.
Coat chicken pieces with breadcrumbs.
Heat butter over medium heat and brown chicken pieces.
Place chicken into the bottom of a baking dish.
Sprinkle with rosemary.
Cover with mushrooms.
Pour chicken broth over dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
