1 cup butter, softened
1 cup Brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups coconut
2 cups crushed cornflakes
2 cups chopped orange slices
1/2 cup nuts (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars, butter and mix until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla, add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. Add coconut, orange slices and cornflakes. Drop by Tbsp. on greased cookie sheet. Bake about 12 minutes in a 375 degree oven. (I usually always use 350 degree oven.)
