1 Can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed (You can also use chickpeas that have been previously cooked.)
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
½ Tsp. Onion Powder
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
¼ Tsp. Sea Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Lay chickpeas out on kitchen towel or paper towel and dry off as much excess water as possible.
Drizzle with oil.
Sprinkle with salt.
Place in oven preheated to 400° F.
Bake for 15 minutes, roll around, then bake for 15 more

This yummy little treat can be eaten as is, or sprinkled on top of salads or soups! Feel free to try out different flavor combos like: salt & vinegar, curry, paprika, or whatever you like.
