10 c zucchini
4 c onions
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
2 T salt
2 1/2 c vinegar
5 c sugar
1 T corn starch
1 T nutmeg
1 T tumeric
1 T dry mustard
2 T celery seed
1/3 T pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grind first 4 ingredients with salt and let sit overnight in a covered container. Next day rinse and let drain. While draining, make the syrup. Mix vegetables with syrup and cook for 20 minutes. Put into jars.
