1&1/2. Lbs. steak
Flour
2 tbsp.oil
4 oz. Mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp.green pepper
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/4 tsp. Garlic seasoning
1/4 tsp.all purpose seasoning
1/4 tsp.onion seasoning
1/4 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Cut steak into serving pieces. Roll in flour and brown thoroughly on both sides. Put meat into a covered baking dish. In the skillet used to brown the meat, combine remaining ingredients. heat to boiling. pour over meat. Cover.Bake at 350 degrees for about 1&1/2 half hours.. Or until meat is tender. sometime I add more liquid. It can get too dry.
