1 lb pecan halves
1/3 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 ,
Separate egg whites and put into bowl with pecans, coating them. Add sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon and mix until thoroughly coated. Spread on metal baking sheet and bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes.

** Stir on baking sheet every 10 minutes to avoid burning.
