5 1/2-6 c. All Purpose Flour
2 pkg. Yeast (quickise)
1/2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 t. Salt
1 c. Milk
1 c. Water
1/4 c. Butter or Marg.
2 beaten eggs
FILLING:
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 t. Cinnamon
GLAZE
2 c. powdered Sugar
3 Tbsp. Butter or Marg.
1/2 t. Maple Flavor
3-4 tbsp. Hot Coffee

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt and mix well. Heat milk, water and butter until very warm. Add to flour mixture, Add beaten eggs, Blend at low speed until moistened, beat 3 min. at med. speed. Knead in enough flour to make a soft dough, knead until smooth and elastic 5-6 min. Place in large greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubles and light about 1 hour. Punch down and divide dough into 2 equal parts, Roll out to a rectangle. Put melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, nuts on top and roll from long side up. Cut into 12 rolls and place on 13x9
cake pan, let rise to almost double, bake at 375º 20-25 min. Glaze and enjoy. Repeat with 2nd. equal part.
