2 lbs frozen diced hashbrowns
1/2 C melted butter
10 1/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
2-3 C sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 bag crushed potato chips (topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat over to 350º
Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, soup and cheese. Gently mix and pour into prepared pan or dish
Take the potato chips and crush them up so they are in small pieces, pour on top of casserole (the topping is not necessary, if you prefer just add a little bit more cheese to the top)
Base until browned - about 35-45 minutes
